Mhandisi Housing Cooperative Society operates as an investment company, duly registered under the Co-operative Act, with its primary mission centered on conducting investment activities. Membership is open to Mhandisi Sacco members, their spouses, and children, as well as engineers of all categories, technicians, technologists, members of the Institute of Engineers of Kenya (IEK), and Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) members, along with employees in consulting and construction companies, including engineers residing in the diaspora.
