Trans Elite County Sacco is a deposit-taking SACCO registered in Kenya, founded in 1978 as NANDI TEACHERS SACCO. Its membership was drawn only from teachers around Nandi District (currently Nandi County) who wanted to improve their family livelihoods. Until 2004, the SACCO opened its FOSA section. Later in 2014, it rebranded to TRANS ELITE COUNTY SACCO LTD and opened bonds to allow ordinary citizens to save and borrow from the SACCO.
