This is the legal and independent investment wing of the mother society called TUSAIDIANE SKS SACCO SOCIETY LTD. 
The HOUSING COOPERATIVE SOCIETY was registered at the end of year 2014 and is affiliated to NATIONAL HOUSING COOPERATIVE UNION (NACHU) .

The main objective is to provide affordable housing to the participating members of TUSAIDIANE SKS SACCO SOCIETY LTD and the general willing Kenyan public members by buying land and constructing low cost houses through a financier. 

The current membership stands in the hundreds of participating members. 
So far, the society has bought five (5) acres of land near Kitengela town in  Kajiando county, Kenya, behind KAG University, approximately 1.5 kilometers off the Namanga-Nairobi tarmac road.
