KUSCCO Housing Fund (KHF) was founded in 1996 as a Unit within Central Finance Fund with a mandate to mobilize funds and provide mortgage solution to Co-operators and Co-operatives in Kenya. We have led the Co-operative movement in provision of one of life’s main basic need i.e., shelter. KUSCCO Housing has grown from being a mortgage financing institution to providing integrated property solution in Kenya.
On 19th December 2019, KUSCCO Housing Co-operative Society Ltd was registered.

They offer end to end integrated property solution to members; this includes identification, acquisition and development processes. All this is done within the confines of the co-operative model with an aim of meeting our members at the points of their needs.
